Michaela Andrea Kovacs

She was born August 20th 1960 in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse to Brigitte Tuske. She was the only child to Brigitte. Growing up in Germany she spent a lot of time with Bubby, who her mother took care of and they lived with. In her younger years they spent a lot of time gardening in the backyard, which carried on into her older years.

Michaela met her husband Lajos while he was stationed in Germany and they were married August 21st 1978. They welcomed their first child in 1979, a son named Marc, followed by two daughters, Julia and Andrea. She moved to Colorado in 1993, where she stayed until the time of her passing. During this time she enjoyed doing multiple crafts with woodworking, painting and sewing. She briefly worked at a daycare center, but otherwise enjoyed being a homemaker.

Left to cherish her memories are her two daughters Julia (Caleigh) of Aurora, Colorado and Andrea (Craig) of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Her grandchildren Mark, Noah, Craig Jr., and Killian of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Alexis of St. Petersburg, Florida; Jordan of Salt Lake City, Utah.

She left this world to be reunited with her husband, Lajos and her son, Marc. Both of whom she missed deeply.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00PM on Monday, November 24, 2025 at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236.
