

Michelle Lynne Chesney, born on March 14, 1978, in Denver, Colorado, passed away on February 13, 2025. She was the beloved daughter of Dan and Traci Chesney, the loving life partner of Robert Dorobiala, cherished sister of Kristi (Andrew) Tullis and Rene Meyers, adored Aunt to Autumn Malcolm, Alissa (Jacob Searles) Malcolm, Tanner Malcolm, Jillian Meyers and Jacen Meyers, Great Aunt to Scarlet, Raven and Ronan "Rocky" Searles. She is also survived by many cherished family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Grandmothers, Lillian Chesney and Lalene Heath, her Grandfather and Step Grandmother, Kermit and Marilyn Chesney, her childhood friend who she considered a brother, Thomas "Rocky" Shell.
Michelle was a professional poker dealer, her passion for cards and games brought joy to many in the community. She worked for many years as an umpire for Colorado Springs Parks and Recreation, and had a lifelong love for softball and played for many championship teams from the time she was very young, including her beloved Killer Bees.
Michelle and Robert shared a deep love and companionship that was evident to all who knew them, for more than 20 years. Michelle will be remembered for her kind heart, quick wit, and infectious laughter.
She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.
A Celebration of Life for Michelle will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 2:00PM-5:00PM at the Red Rocks Barn, 2700 Robinson Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80904.
