

Pamela Lynn (Boken) Messenger passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 58 in Colorado Springs, CO. She was born on November 14, 1964, in Salina, KS, to Darrel and Nancy Boken. Pam was a remarkable individual who touched the lives of many with her kindness and compassion.
Pam was the brightest, most beautiful star in the universe. She approached life with a radiant smile and sparkling eyes, bringing joy to everyone she encountered. Known for her selflessness, she devoted her time to helping others through volunteering and caregiving. Pam's willingness to assist those in need will forever be remembered, and her legacy will be that of a beautiful soul.
Pam is survived by her daughter, Jessica (Goins) Burdick, and her grandsons, Lawson and Hadden Burdick. She is also survived by her sister, Chaeli (Boken) Krischke, her father, Darrel Boken (Gary Boken), her life-long friend Janette Warren, her former spouse, Bruce Messenger, and many other cherished family members, friends, and pets.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy (Stovern) Wiggins, as well as her grandparents, pets, family, and friends.
A ceremony to honor Pam's life will be held at the Chapel of Memories, located at 829 S Hancock Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, on July 29th, 2023, at 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The Ronald McDonald House, a charity that was close to Pam's heart.
Pam will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of kindness, love, and generosity will continue to inspire others for years to come. Now she flies with butterflies.
