

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 42 years, Roger; children: Jonathan Sulzbach and Amy (and Justin) Gibson; grandchildren: Ezekiel, Madelyn, and Elliott; mother, Beverly Bradley; brother, Robert (and Sandy) Mertel Jr.; as well as numerous relatives and friends. She was preceded by her father, Robert Mertel Sr.
She will also be dearly missed by her friends at Living Hope Covenant Church.
Pam enjoyed spending time with family and dear friends, had a passion for researching family genealogy and history, and finding opportunities to show love to those around her. Pam received her BA in History with a minor in German language from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She is never short on ways to show others that she loves them through her compassion, generosity and steadfast faith in the Lord.
Family and close friends are invited to her visitation beginning at 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 24th at Swan Law at 501 North Cascade Ave. At 2:00 pm, a Celebration of Life will begin. Following the service, a reception will be held at 3:30 pm at Living Hope Covenant Church. On September 25th, a private interment for family will be held in Bennett, Colo. where she will be buried next to her father.
