Poppy Suzanne Miller

Poppy was born in Granada Hills, CA to Donald Michael Miller and Ramona Delores Rodriguez. She came to Colorado in 1978. She attended West Elementary School, West Junior High School and Palmer High School.

She graduated from Denver Tech. She worked as a Medical Assistant for many years before she started working as a Medical Credentialing Specialist for Optum Health. She worked for multiple states including Colorado, Nevada, California and Arizona.

She met her husband, Shawn Smith in 1993 and had two beautiful children, Shawna Smith and Dane Smith.

Poppy is preceded in death by her father, Donald Michael Miller.

Poppy is survived by her husband Shawn Smith, daughter; Shawna Smith, son; Dane Smith; sister, Aili DeSpain; brother, Justin Landino; mother Ramona Dinwiddie and her step father, Michael Landino.

Gone are the days we used to share, but in our hearts they are always there. The gates of memory will never close, we miss you, more than anyone knows. With tender love we will never forget, we miss you, we miss you yet. The skies look beautiful everyday because Heaven cannot contain the beauty that you radiate.
