Raymond W Phillips

Ray was a loving son of the late Marvin and Rose Philips, and brother Roger C. Philips, Surviving is his sister, Janet Elizabeth Philips.

To my brother Ray, he had a gift for finding joy in the little things. He was mischievous and stubborn. I will miss his cheeky antics. He just loved to laugh and make sure everyone around him did too. That was his way of showing love and reminding us all not to take life too seriously. Thank you Ray, for always making our world lighter, funnier and kinder.

Ray, you will truly be loved and missed by everyone who ever met you.

And keep making those funny noises so you can laugh and say, ‘cut it out’.
