Rich is survived by his wife, Annette; a step-son, Devin; one sister and her family, Linda, Bill and Christian Galbraith, of Horton, Michigan; two daughters, Stacy and Trisha; by seven grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
He was past president and a proud and avid member of our local ham radio club. He spent many happy hours being controller of nets on the ham radio network, which is so vital to our community.
He was honored with many awards.
Rich is preceded in death by his parents, Roy James and Loretta Mlligan, and one sister, Candie Hoch.
Private family services have been held.
