

Bob DeLange was called very quickly to assist those on high in organizing Fantasy Football Leagues and tee times at Eisenhower Golf Course. He was the commissioner of his Fantasy Leagues while on earth and the Almighty couldn’t think of anyone better to assist him. He loved his Broncos, packed his clubs and departed this earth at 1:50am on October 26, 2016 for his new assignment.
Bob was born on October 30, 1940 and was adopted by Harold and Margaret DeLange. He grew up in Sioux City, IA and graduated from Heelan High School. He graduated from Idaho State University in Pocatello, ID with a BS degree in Business Administration. On March 21, 1964, he married Charlotte Kinnaman in Pocatello, ID.
He worked for Amoco Oil for 28 years until he retired in 1997 living in Utah, Idaho and finally Colorado.
Family and friends were very important to Bob. He loved to entertain his golfing buddies and have a few shooters. He liked to hunt pheasants, fish, snow mobile and golf. He also liked to travel and go to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl.
He leaves behind his best friend and wife, Charlotte. They were married 52 years and enjoyed each other 99% of the time. He also leaves behind his brother and sister-in law, Paul and Theresa DeLange of Algona, IA, sisters Dee Ludwig of Boston, MA, Collen Witter in Peyton, CO and Jeannine Walter of Aurora, CO. Family was very important to Bob. He took every opportunity to spend time with family and friends and give them advice.
There will be a prayer service at 1:00pm on Friday, November 4, 2016 at Swan-Law Funeral, 501 W Cascade, Colorado Springs, CO. Casual golf and sports attire please. A private celebration party will be held later.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Silver Key or the American Cancer Society.
