

heart failure. He was a lifelong resident of Florence and Colorado Springs, a
veteran of the United States Navy, and worked for Mountain Bell, U S WEST and
retired from Qwest in 2002.
Robert was born on December 29, 1938 in Florence to the late Harold and Virginia
(Brassea) Graham. He married Carol Turner on February 9, 1990 in Colorado
Springs. He loved his family and he loved all the dogs and cats he and Carol had
throughout their marriage. Including their current dogs, Rascal and Harley and their
cat EI Jefe. At the age of 13 he was the youngest person in Colorado, at that time,
to make Eagle Scout.
He is survived by his wife, Carol, his daughters, Elizabeth (Bob) Kinsey and
Jennifer (Troy) Roberts; brothers, Harold (Kathie) Thomas and William; two grandchildren, Haile Mitchell and Robert Luke Kinsey. Bobby was also
uncle to his brothers’ children, William James, Jr., Brian, Julie, Trish and Debbie.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in his name to Mill
Dog Rescue Network, 13030 Herring Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80908.
