Ruth Elaine Cordova

She was born on August 19, 1946, in Blossburg, PA, to Sarah Pfeifer and Clifford Cross, Sr. Ruth was the beloved wife of Arthur Cordova for 40 years.

Ruth dedicated her career as an Office Manager in the medical field and was a devoted member of Holy Apostles Catholic Church. She had a passion for crocheting, gardening, crafts, westerns, animals, and especially loved spoiling her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Arthur Cordova, brother, Clifford Cross, Jr., of Covington, PA, sisters, Rose (Ray)Barnes, of Mansfield, PA and Donna Mae Kline, of Mansfield, PA, daughter, Lisa Wagster (John) of Wasilla, AK; step son, Arthur Cordova Jr. (Cathy) of Colorado Springs, CO; daughter, Connie Kline Anderson of Colorado Springs, CO; step daughter, Wendy Ferguson (Rod) of Colorado Springs, CO; and son, Rusty Kline (Natalie) of Anchorage, AK. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, in-laws, nieces, cousins and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sarah Pfeifer and Clifford Cross, Sr.; brothers Clayton Cross and Roy Cross, Sr and granddaughter Lindsay Elaine Anderson.

Ruth will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her.

A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Holy Apostles Catholic Church in Colorado Springs. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., with a reception to be held afterward.
