Sam was the son of Sam and Catherine Pylypczuk born on November 29, 1939. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings David, Sandra, Edward, and Martha. Sam is survived by his brother Michael.
Sam married the love of his life Mary Jeanene and together they have 7 children. Sam, Dawn, DeDe, Deni, Karen, Linda and Peggy. He is survived by multiple grand and great grandchildren. Sam was retired and loved spending time with his family and especially his wife who he “loved with all his heart” and referred to her as his “guardian angel”.
