Shirley was born March 4, 1945 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late Roy and Joanne Kepler.
She is survived by her 2 daughters Jessica Campbell and Liza Smith, her three grandchildren Samantha Campbell, Campbell Smith and Jaxon Smith, her long time partner Bob Wade and her sister Nancy Garrett of Daytona Beach, FL.
Shirley lived her life to be filled with adventures. She often told stories of her time spent at her family cabin in Kalkaska, MI., working at a mountain destination lodge, being a ranch hand at a hunting ranch, joining a research trip in Canada to tag bears, and river rafting trips. Her one true passion was building a cabin in the woods and being able to escape there whenever she wanted.
She was proud of the work she did within the world of insurance and also the dental and orthodontic industry.
Her family and friends will forever cherish her quick-thinking humor and the effortless way she made them laugh. She was a loving and supportive mother, daughter, partner, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed, every day.
We will gather to celebrate her life this summer. In her memory, please consider a donation to Pikes Peak Hospice in lieu of flowers.
