Thomas Lee Helgeson

Born July 9, 1958 Passed away peacefully on, August 25, 2016, surrounded by those who loved him.

Thomas was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and moved to Colorado Springs with his wife in 1993.

He attended College at Western Illinois earning a degree in finance. He was a successful Certified Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. He was a board member for CAI and CO-Chairman of the Golf Committee.

He is survived by his wife, Julie Helgeson; Father Ronald and Mother Carol Helgeson; Mother In-Law, Shirley Clausen; Brother In-law, Rich Clausen; Sister In-Law Joanne Monaco and Aunt’s, Uncle’s, Cousin’s and friend’s. He is preceded in death by his Sister, Pamela Berry.

In spite of four trips to the Super Bowl and never having won, Thomas still continued to love and support his Minnesota Vikings.

On Saturday 9/3/2016, A Memorial Service will be held at Awakening Church at 11:00 am, 3445 Oro Blanco Dr., Colorado Springs, CO. 80917. A Reception will follow at The Colorado Springs Country Club, 3333 Templeton Gap Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80907
