Born July 25 1960 in Memphis Tennessee to parents Constance Bell and Melvin Bullard. Tonya was a beautiful strong intelligent woman, a magnificent mother daughter sister and friend, she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Tonya is survived by her son Antoine Lewis and her daughter Dominique Hathaway; her grandsons Don and Jayce Colston her mother Constance Bell as well as her siblings Crystal bullard Mary bell Bridget Bell and hardy Bell.
A celebration of life will be held at her home on January 25th at 2pm, flowers or plants will be greatly appreciated as well as cash app ($whipped101) or cash donations.
