Valdena Killingsworth

Valdena Killingsworth, 90, of Colorado Springs, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018.

She was a long time resident of Colorado Springs. She attended Grandview Community Church. Valdena was born October 9, 1928 in Loveland, Colorado to the late Jake and Sarah (Peters) Klassen.

She graduated from Loveland High School in 1946.

Valdena is survived by her son; Ronald Dee (Susan) Killingsworth of Leslie, Michigan, ex daughter-in-law; and caregiver, Miriam Taylor, 2 grandchildren; Ruby Killingsworth of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Sam Killingsworth of Colorado Springs, Colorado, 5 great grandchildren; Anthony, Christopher, Cialia, Wilham and Kaleb of New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

She is preceded in passing by her husband, Robert Ray Killingsworth who passed away on October 19, 2015, parents and sister; Dorothy McQueen.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 31, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. with funeral services to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Home, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs with internment to follow.
