Warner was born to Monty and Deloise Lasher on August 3, 1937 in Kellogg, Idaho. Monty followed core drilling and eventually ended up in Divide, Colorado where Warner grew up.
Warner enlisted in the Air force following his high school graduation. After his dad suffered a heart attack he was discharged, and he returned home to Divide to help his family. Warner had grown up teasing Shirley Ellis and when he returned to Divide, they started courting. They married on August 29, 1959 and went on to have three children, Timothy, Tammy, and Todd and moved their family to Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Warner held numerous jobs but eventually decided to pursue electrical work. He became a Master Electrician and opened his own electrical company, Warner & Sons Electric, Inc. in 1974 and retired in 2009.
Warner was a dedicated and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Warner also loved working in his garage restoring and repairing automobiles for friends and family. He stayed actively involved in the Christian Deaf Church. Throughout his entire life, he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him.
Warner joins his parents, Monty and Deloise, and his older sister, Marleen, in Heaven. He is survived by his wife, Shirley, his children, Tim (Ann), Tammy, Todd (Sheri), his grandchildren, Justin, Scott (Kelsey), Benjamin, Haylee (Brad), Jared, Daniel, and great grandchildren, Judah, Annabelle, and Oliver; his sister Eleanor (Larry) and numerous nieces and nephews

The funeral service is limited to immediate family only. Friends and family can click on the link below to attend the service via streaming. The burial service will follow at 2:00PM and is open to friends and family keeping in mind that all COVID restrictions must be followed.
