LCPL Zeak Jerome Starr Villanueva, USMC

LCPL Zeak Jerome Starr Villanueva was born in Tamuning, Guam to Michael and Angelica Payne on the the 11th of January 2005.

Zeak graduated from Penn Foster High School at the age of 15 years old in 2020. He went to college and pursued a mechanic career. He was an active duty service member of the United States Marine Corps. Zeak graduated from MCRD San Diego, was Honor Grad for MCT in San Diego, completed school house in Motor Transport at Fort Leonardwood, MO. His first and final duty station was to Camp Lejeune's 2nd Medical Battalion, NC. He also recently received his green belt in MCMAPS.

Zeak was involved in different volunteer work offered by the Marines. Zeak was apart of several different car and bike groups from Colorado and North Carolina.

Zeak was family oriented, had passion and drive. He is a son, a brother, a grandson, a nephew, a cousin, and an uncle, he has and always will be someone special and loved. He had an infectious smile, uplifting laugh, and was prone to encouraging and providing positive insight to others. His beautiful soul drew people in and his gracious heart comforted others. Zeak always took care of and protected his family and those he cared about around him. Zeak will forever be missed and loved by those that knew him and never forgotten. May the good Lord embrace him, and may his soul rest in peace!

Zeak is preceded in death by Victor Vincent Untalan (Grandpa)

Zeak is survived by his parents, Michael and Angelica Payne. His siblings, Zavior, Marqus, Alayna, Nevaeh, Maria, and Elijah. Grandma, Jesusa Camacho Starr. His Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Niece, and Nephew, Lysander and Jackie Starr (Lysandra [Ronin]), Tre [Melody], Tori, Isaac, Isabella), Howard and Tanya Starr (Tianna, Havannah-Lei, Ethan), Manuel and Charity Starr (Xiamara, Manuel Jr, Madden), Rayana and Chauncy Perez (Cayden, Zaneta, Chieko), Camerin Starr (Javeah Rose).

A visitation for Zeak will be held Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Home, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80910.

A rosary service will occur Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80910.

A funeral service will occur Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80910.
