Billee is survived by her husband, Donald Larkin, daughters, Tracy Morales and Barcy Larkin. Also, 3 grandchildren, Hannah, Max and Greta Morales.
Funeral service for Billee will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 1:00 p.m., at Montecito Valley View Chapel, followed by burial at Montecito Memorial Park, both at 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, California 92324.
