Chad Peter James Delaine entered in the world on January 1, 1994, Los Angeles, California. He was born to Drew & Janee DeLaine. Chad was the third child of six born to his mother and was her first son. According to his mother, Chad was a quiet but sweet, caring child who was a joy to raise.
Throughout his schooling, Chad enjoyed learning and achieved writer of the year award while in elementary. Chad enjoyed playing basketball, participating in leagues during his youth. He continued to play at Pacifica High in Oxnard, California and on the varsity team at Victor Valley High during his junior and senior year before graduating in 2012. As a young adult Chad pursued music as a hobby, also starting his own clothing line BrookClan. In June of 2016, Chad told his mother that he met the love of his life, Nancy Muralles. He knew the same day he met her that she would be his future. In November of 2017, their daughter Ileyah was born.
Chad was a truly delightful, hardworking, easy-going, fun, and loving human being. He doted on his family and cemented many lasting friendships. Sadly, on the evening of May 22, 2019, Chad departed peacefully surrounded by those who loved him. He is survived by his Fiancé Nancy Muralles, daughters Ileyah Delaine, Anahi Ramirez, his parents, Janee DeLaine, Drew & Jennifer Delaine, his grandparents, Valerie Resendes (Nana), Peter & Delilah Resendes, his sisters Briawna DeLaine, Britnie Kelly (Delaine), Cherish Stacy, his brothers Christian Delaine, DeSean Stacy, Eddie Stacy, Aaron Stacy, Chase Stacy, Cassius Stacy, and bestie brothers Tevin Lewis, Jeremy Collins, and a host of cousins, uncles, aunts, two nieces, and many friends.
Chad believed in Jehovah’s promise of eternal life on a paradise Earth. Now that he is asleep in death, we long for the day that Jesus will call out his name, and Chad will answer.
