Consuelo R Lopez

Consuelo also known as Chelo by many was born on July 25th 1923. She married Carmen Lopez another San Bernardino resident on February 1st 1942 and gave birth to three children; Daniel, Cecelia and Marilyn Lopez. Chelo was a devoted gardener and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother she is predeceased by husband Carmen Lopez and beloved daughter Cecelia Garcia, as well as younger brothers Mario and Leo Ruiz. Consuelo is survived by son Daniel and wife Mary Lopez, daughter Marilyn and husband Robert B. Alcantar I. Also survived by eight grandchildren; Michael and wife Chandra, Diane and husband Ryan, Robert II Arthur, Janena, Marcos and Mirna, Carlos and Priscilla, and five great grandchildren; Chad, Brittany, Anthony, Natalie, and Katie. She is also succeeded by two brothers Johnny and Toni Ruiz, Marcos and Rosa Ruiz, as well as sisters Ezperanza and Daniel Marquez, Rosie and Greg Martinez, Dolly Villarreal, and Gloria Moyeda. And last but not least her adoring and faithful Chihuahua Pepsi whom she spent hours admiring.

Services will be held on Monday March 28th, 2011. Viewing will begin at 9 am to 10 am with services proceeding immediately after from 10 am to 12 pm at Montecito Mortuary Valley View Chapel in Colton.
