Ernesto was born on January 26, 1945, in Aparri, Cagayan, Philippines, and spent his life spreading kindness, warmth, and joy to everyone who knew him.

After immigrating to the United States, Ernesto met the love of his life and became a devoted husband to Rebecca Cortez Natividad, a loving father to Joseph Patrick Natividad, Samantha (David) Cohen, and Melissa (Aaron) West, and a proud grandfather to Emma Cohen and Benita Cohen, who brought him endless joy and happiness.

A man of deep faith, Ernesto found peace and strength in his relationship with Christ. He faithfully attended Bible studies, always eager to learn more about God’s Word. He loved spending time in his garden, surrounded by nature and the beauty of God’s creation. His gentle spirit, generosity, and constant joy left a lasting impression on all who met him.

Ernesto’s smile could light up a room, and his sense of humor brought laughter and comfort even in the most ordinary moments. Whether tending to his plants, sharing a joke, or making his children and grandchildren giggle, he had a special way of reminding everyone that life is a gift to be cherished.

He will be remembered for his unwavering kindness, his laughter that filled every room, and the love he poured into his family. Though our hearts ache with loss, we find comfort knowing that these memories will live on in all who knew him.
