Cousin,
I miss you so much.  So much has happened since you left us .   Many accomplishments made by those you love.   Aimee and Monique graduated and are now registered nurses, Gabe joined the navy and Lina is in nursing school.   All these things I know you would have been front and center for. You loved my kids and always made sure to be apart of every milestone they made.   
I try my hardest to be there for Sophia .  She is just like you!  lol.  I know you see the stuff she does and I know you’re up there like “Yeah, that’s my girl!”.  She’s perfect cousin!   She’s smart , full of energy and healthy . Her mama takes great care of her .   I wish you could be here to see her grow up.  That’s one of the hardest things I struggle with.  I promise to keep her and Aimee around us always!  I got you cuz,  always.  Forever us and never them .

I miss you carnal. Gacho. I know you know. My heart goes out to your parents. Your brothers. Your daughter. Someone like you is a very rare blessing. As much as it pains me at this moment I’m glad I got to know you and call you a friend. One of the best to ever come in to my life. I really hope I get to run into you again.

We still miss you so much, when holidays come around it gets so hard not to think of you. We all wish to see your daughter and be able to be around her so we could have a piece of you closer to us. I see my mom and dad how they struggle not to see you there when we go to her house and its even harder for her not to be able to see Sophia. I miss you so much brother I wish you would of met my baby boy and see Daniel grow up with Sophi. Another year without you here another birthday that I’m not able to celebrate with you. I just pray to God to give us all strength to keep going, and for a chance for my mom, dad, eric and I to see Sophi one day to hug her and tell her how much we all love and miss her. I keep your memory alive by telling and showing my boys about their uncle Fabi and how much you love them.

I’ve learned that the pain will never go away. All me and Sophia can do is be around people who loved you and love us. Sophia is so funny and adventurous just like you. Loved by everyone just like you. Please continue to watch us especially when I can’t be around to watch Sophia. Love you always

I remember the excitement you had when telling me you were going to be a dad.   You wanted a little girl and god gave you and Aimee the most beautiful baby girl ever .   I knew you would be a good dad.   You did anything and everything to make sure Sophia was taken care of .    I remember I would try so hard to get her to smile as a baby and all you had to do was just get her attention and she would give the biggest smile just for you. The bond you two had was definitely one of a kind .  
 I’m sorry cousin.  I’m sorry that you only had one year with her . I’m sorry that god took you so soon.  I promise to keep your memory alive .  I promise  to make sure Sophia knows how much her daddy loves her.
