Jesus Felix Gonzalez

He lost his father at a young age, his older brother, Lupe, became the father figure in the family. He would help Lupe harvest the crops, and at the young age of 15 he followed him to the United States, where he would live the rest of his life. Jesus held many jobs, but he worked the longest in construction where he operated a forklift.

He met his wife, Andrea, in the same town he was born. Jesus and Andrea married in 1989 and had their first child in 1990. Together they raised 5 intelligent and successful children, Ayleen, Jesus, Reina, Martin and Fatima. His family were his pride and joy and he would do anything to make sure they were well taken care of. Two out of the 5 of his children are married and have children and one of them went to college and earned a degree in education and is currently a teacher.

His two married children gave Jesus 6 grandchildren, which he loved dearly and provided him with so much joy. On his last days, he was ecstatic to witness his youngest granddaughter walk. His grandchildren will always remember him as “Tata.”

One of Jesus’s favorite hobbies was farming. Every spring he would grow corn, squash, green beans, sunflowers, chili plants and many more. However, he was the most proud of his corn and chili plants. He put in hours of love and care towards his plants which would help them flourish until it was time to harvest them. Jesus would be so upset when someone would step on his crops or damage them. Jesus also loved having animals, such as goats, hens and roosters. There were days where he would surprise his family with a new goat or goats, and he would be so happy to add to his herd.

Jesus was always happy to lend a helping hand to his family and friends. He would help them without expecting anything from them. His kindness led people to seeing him as another son or father. He will always be cherished and remembered by not only his kindness but also his big heart and the way he demonstrated his appreciation and love for his family and friends. He will always be remember for being a great dad, husband, father and uncle.

He may have left this world, but he will forever live in the hearts of those who loved him.

Jesús nació el 26 de noviembre de 1967 en un pequeño rancho llamado Ermita de los Correa, ubicada en Zacatecas, México. De los 7 hermanos, era uno de los más pequeños.

Perdió a su padre a una edad temprana, su hermano mayor, Lupe, se convirtió en la figura paterna de la familia. Ayudaría a Lupe a cosechar los cultivos, y a la temprana edad de 15 años lo siguió a los Estados Unidos, donde viviría el resto de su vida. Jesús tenía muchos trabajos, pero fue el que más tiempo trabajó en la construcción, donde operó una carretilla elevadora.

Conoció a su esposa, Andrea, en el mismo rancho en el que nació. Jesús y Andrea se casaron en 1989 y tuvieron su primera hija en 1990. Juntos criaron a 5 hijos inteligentes y exitosos, Ayleen, Jesús, Reina, Martín y Fátima. Su familia era su orgullo y alegría y él haría cualquier cosa para asegurarse de que estuvieran bien atendidos. Dos de los 5 de sus hijos están casados y tienen hijos y uno de ellos fue a la universidad y obtuvo un título en educación y actualmente es profesor.

Sus dos hijos casados le dieron a Jesús 6 nietos, a los que amaba mucho y le dio mucha alegría. En sus últimos días, estaba encantado de ver a su nieta menor caminar. Sus nietos siempre lo recordarán como "Tata".

Uno de los pasatiempos favoritos de Jesús era la agricultura. Cada primavera cultivaba maíz, calabaza, ejotes, girasoles, plantas de chile y muchos más. Sin embargo, era el más orgulloso de sus plantas de maíz y chile. Puso horas de amor y cuidado hacia sus plantas, lo que las ayudaría a florecer hasta que llegara el momento de cosecharlas. Jesús estaría muy molesto cuando alguien pisara sus cultivos o los dañara. A Jesús también le encantaba tener animales, como cabras, gallinas y gallos. Hubo días en los que sorprendía a su familia con una nueva cabra o cabras, y era muy feliz de añadir a su rebaño.

Jesús siempre estuvo feliz de echar una mano a su familia y amigos. Él los ayudaría sin esperar nada de ellos. Su amabilidad llevó a la gente a verlo como otro hijo o padre. Siempre será apreciado y recordado no solo por su amabilidad, sino también por su gran corazón y por la forma en que demostró su aprecio y amor por su familia y amigos. Siempre será recordado por ser un gran padre, marido, padre y tío.

Puede que haya dejado este mundo, pero vivirá para siempre en los corazones de aquellos que lo amaron.
