Jose Cupertino Cardenas, 82 years of Colton, California, passed away on May 16, 2013 at St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino. He was born on September 22, 1930, in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, to Jose Marcos and Simona Cardenas. He is survived by his loving wife, Ofelia and daughter, Guadalupe Cardenas. He was a master cabinet maker for over 67 years.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, 4-8 p.m. at Montecito Cypress Chapel . Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Colton, California. Burial will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery.
