Joseph is survived by his sister Gwendolyn Highley, sister Marion Munoz, brother Robert Howell and extended family.
Services for Joseph will be from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, December 18, 2023 at Montecito Cypress Chapel, 24145 Barton Road, Loma Linda, California 92354. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 18016 Mountain View Avenue, Loma Linda, California 92354. Joseph will be laid to rest thereafter at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, California 92518
