Jocelyn, I was shocked to hear and saddened by the sudden loss. My prayers are with your family.  I love you dear friend....

I'm very happy to part of the Arrogante family. They have welcomed me into there home's and shared their food and holidays with me. I have always looked forward to those events. It was very tragic to lose such good people. I miss Ken and Jocelyn.

Ken--
You are truly a gift sent to us from God.  Although your time here on earth was short, you managed to touch countless lives along the way.  To see the outpour of sympathy and love so many have shown is simply breath-taking.  If God's plan was for you to share His love and bring as many people, young and old, closer to Him, you my friend have succeeded.  Somehow you even organized a reunion that may have never happened if it wasn't for you!  In short Ken, your work here may be done, but your memory will live in our hearts forever--until we meet again.

Goodnight. We will see you on that bright morning when Jesus calls His redeemed from the grave to wake up on that first resurrection. We will temporarily miss you, but the legacy that you both left behind will comfort us in this time of sorrow. Rest in peace until Jesus comes.

Kenneth was always enthusiastic about life.  In fact I really can't remember him ever being anything but enthusiastic - like he knew some secret that was in front of our eyes but remained veiled to the rest of us.  If you've ever seen a picture of Ken where he's not smiling, you've seen something quite rare.  Was there ever anyone he was not willing to help?  Was there ever a situation so mundane it did not deserve his full attention?  You see, that's who I remember - someone who was so present in his life that he always burned bright;  just like his smile, and just like his memory.  Kenneth you were loved and will be profoundly missed.

To Ken and Jocelyn,
Although, you're fast asleep, let me tell you a story- "Two heroes has fallen. One a king, the other one is a queen. No words can explain, no gesture can be shown, and no feelings can be avoided without an emotion. Yet without due respect, I may say- Rest in Peace, you both, but that "sleep" is just temporary. The Lord is holding you up till the time appointed. We'll see you in that resurrection morning during Jesus' Second Advent. See you later."

Ken and I go back to the late 80's. He was when of my first first group of friends from LLFC. I remember the times when LLFC choir came to Stockton, CA or when our family drove down to Loma Linda you always knew you had a friend to hang out with. When I met up with Ken last summer I was introduced to his wife and daughter. Ken and I have not seen each other in years, but thats how nice Ken was, because we picked up right where we left off. Ken was a Good Friend, Good Church Leader, and a Good Roll Model and I know when we see him and Jocelyn on that resurrection morning we will pick up just where we left off. You will always be in our hearts.

May God's peace, love, & comfort be with you through this difficult time.  You are always in our prayers.  Growing up at LLFC with manong Ken - having awesome memories with drama, tone chimes, AY, pathfinders will NEVER be forgotten.  He was truly a Godly mentor to many of us.  We have a blessed hope!

To the Arrogante Family-
I will always remember growing up with Ken and the rest of your family.  We spent so many Sabbaths together at the White Memorial Church and afternoons at the park.  I have so many wonderful memories. I will miss him. I am sending love and hugs to you at this difficult time.  Know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I was deeply saddened to hear the terrible news of Jocelyn's passing as well as her husband. I worked with her for almost 8 years at Rincon casino and I must say she truly was one of the most easygoing, sweet ladies I have ever met in my life. We will miss her terribly but I think God knows how to pick the best ones and take them close to him. She was and will always be an angel. Rest in peace Jocelyn. You will always be in our hearts.

Guod, 
I don't have very many memories of you not being there some way or another in my childhood.  From the times being babysat by your mom and you making me a PB&J Banana sandwich, to walking to the airshow at Norton Airforce Base with you and my dad, and catching fish in Alaska (well, at least I did! lol).  You've always been the big brother that I've had--Guod.  My heart hurt for you and your family because you were taken away so prematurely. Such a gentle soul and kind spirit...and it shows how much your spirit has enveloped those around you.  No matter...you and Jocelyn will be there in that great gettin' morning.  And I hope to be there to greet you again.

Ken was one of the first church leaders to welcome me to the Grove as the new pastor.  He was my right hand man in youth ministry as the Pathfinder Director and Media Leader.  From the beginning of our relationship, I knew I could count on Ken for anything.  He was dedicated, reliable, committed and  a passionate servant-leader.  It wasn't all ministry, for the Sunday before the tragic car accident, I joined him with 20 other young people at Magic Mountain and late night eating at Noodle House.  I didn't know this would be our last time together.  In between riding roller coasters, he and I were talking about projects such as Youth-led Sabbath Vespers and repainting the church.  Jocelyn, I'm sorry I didn't get to know you as much as I knew Ken.  Or to thank you for sharing Ken with me and so many other people.  It's evident that both of you are loved and will be greatly missed.  I refuse to say, "Good-bye".  Instead I claim God's promise to "See you in the Happy Resurrection Morning."  PS  Because of your inspiration, so many people are stepping up and following in your footsteps of Christian service and ministry.  Maranatha!

I still remember all the good times we had growing up with you Ken in school, church and especially "Our Pathfinder Group." I remember the fiestas at our church, hiking, camping, forest falls, pine springs ranch, and the big pathfinder conference in Vale, Colorado. We were so cold and only took one or two showers! Our famous drill team..you were always in front cause you were the shortest..but now Iam the shortest! Playing football, doing our famous pyramids, and selling lightbulbs till dusk! We'd pile up in Ernies truck all squished together to keep each other warm from the cold. And now who would have known that the sweet, short, shy little Ken would be the Leader of the pack!, Now  the new pathfinder group look up to you Ken! You are such an inspiration. We love you and miss you Ken..See you and Jocelyn in the morning.  Melissa Brummer and family
