Louis is survived by his mother Daisy Arzate; his brother Juan Israel Garcia, his brother Yuriko Garcia, his sister Shayla Garcia, his brother Ricardo Cervantes, his brother Gabriel Cervantes, his brother Jesus Arzate, his brother Angel Arzate, his brother Brian Oseguera, his brother Giovanni Quezada and his sister Evelyn Quezada.

A velorio for Louis will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324. A servicio will occur Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324. A sepelio will occur Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324.
