Lupe Solorio Cruz

Lupe Solorio Cruz passed away peacefully in her home on March 7, 2019. She was born on May 6, 1928 to Santos "Papanto" and Susana "Mamana" Solorio in San Bernardino, California. She is survived by her brother, Raul Solorio, sister, Lucille Aguilar, 4 children, Susannah "Sukie" Parra, Ronald "Ronnie" Cruz, Marilyn Cruz, and Maureen "Robin" Montoya and son-in-law Steve Montoya, 12 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. We all knew her as "Mom" and it was as a mother and grandmother that she was most at ease. Mom brought so much love into the world and left surrounded by it. We will miss her greatly, but find comfort in knowing that we will see her again.
