Nellie Mindanao Perez, 75 years old of Redlands, California, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on July 9, 1938 in San Juan Batangas, Philippines to Sulpicio and Eugenia Mindanao. She is survived by her loving husband, Reuel, their daughters, Lizel Joy Deocades (Evanhoe), Earla Jean Nabong (Teddie Mont), Rhona Gay Legaspi (Frederick Jemmy). Her beloved grandchildren, Caitlyn Jeneil Legaspi, Brendan Reuel Nabong and Aidan Rhys Nabong. Nellie worked as teacher for over 15 years.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2014, 4-8 p.m. and Funeral Service, Sunday, June 22, 2014, 10 a.m., both at Montecito Valley View Chapel, followed by burial at Montecito Memoiral Park.
Nellie will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
