Oscar spent 20 years serving his country for the US Navy. He was a devout Catholic, devoted husband, father and grandfather.

The funeral service will take place at St Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, situated at 10816 Mountain View Ave, Loma Linda, CA 92354, on November 19, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
A committal service will follow at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324, on November 19, 2025, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
