Rhin is survived by his daughter Sophea Tol; his son Seiha Tol; and his son Tony Tol.
Rhin Tol also leaves 5 grandchildren.
A visitation for Rhin will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 3520 E Washington St, Colton, CA 92324. A committal service will occur Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 2:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California.
