Richard Roy Ries, 84, passed away peacefully on 12/30/2016, surrounded by his family & friends. He was brought up on a farm in Michigan with his four siblings. He has been a resident of Fontana, Ca. for the better part of his life. He was happily married to Sara Jane, and a proud & hardworking Father. He is survived by his Daughter, Noreen Ries, Daughter-in-law Shelley Krupp, Son Richard Ries, & his wife Danielle Ries, & Grandson R. Ryder Ries.
His Services will be held at Montecito Memorial Park& Mortuary at 10am, January 19th, & graveside service will be held after reception at Green Acres in Fontana, Ca.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rancho Cucamonga Animal Care & Adoption Center
