Susan LaSarge

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Susan “Soozi” Evelyn LaSarge, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. Soozi went home to be with the Lord on November 22, 2024, at the age of 75.

Born on August 27, 1949, to Mary Katherine Sharp and Marion Sharp in Lynwood, California, Soozi’s life was a testament to the love and grace of God, a love she shared with everyone she met. To know Soozi was to know her heart for Jesus. She was a dedicated prayer warrior who always lifted others up in prayer when they needed it most.

In 1970, Soozi married the love of her life, Ted LaSarge, on Valentine’s Day. Together, they built a beautiful life, raising three children and creating countless memories. They were each other’s other half, complementing the other in every way. Soozi loved Ted deeply, and he will continue to cherish her memory until they are reunited in heaven.

She was the proud mother of three children: Christina, Shawn, and Jaimie, and the cherished grandmother of twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Soozi’s legacy lives on through her family, who were blessed by her love, humor, and immense faith.

Soozi always had a passion for animals. Her many beloved pets over the years brought her joy and comfort throughout her life, and she cared for them with the same love she showed to her family and friends.

Soozi’s life was well-lived, rooted in faith, love, and countless laughs. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
