

Tracy was raised in Redlands and graduated from Redlands High School in 1978. He was active in baseball, Key Club, enjoyed motorcycle riding, golfing and fishing. After high school he enjoyed spending time with his grandfather who was also his mentor and first employer. After years of developing their special techniques together, Tracy started his own business as a dedicated 3rd family generation plastering contractor. He took pride in creating and restoring many local historic landmarks, businesses, and residences.
His death was sudden but he was independent and strong to the end. Many people will miss his friendly caring nature and love of life. Both adults and children would enjoy his company, conversation and jokes. Tracy was generous in giving his time and support to others needs.
He is survived by his grandmother Ruth Quintana, mother Olivia DeLeon, wife Deborah DeLeon, children Anthony DeLeon (Debra) and Jacqueline DeLeon, grandchildren Leilah and A.J., brother Mark DeLeon (Karen), sister Lorraine Loera (Sonny), nephews and nieces. Visitation will be held at Montecito Memorial Park and Cemetery on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm with Rosary beginning at 6:30 pm. A funeral mass at 11:00 am on Friday, December 6, 2013 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 115 W. Olive Ave., Redlands. Burial will follow at Montecito Memorial Park and Cemetery, 24145 Barton Rd., Loma Linda.
