On September 20, 2014, Alfred Chester Flather Jr., beloved husband of the late Mary Margaret Flather (nee Trail). Loving father of Mary Katharine Peters and husband Tom, and Dr. Margaret Dubose Flather. Grandfather of Marshall Peters, Brock Peters, and Garrett Peters. Cousin of Margaret Taggart.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
