Bret Eugene Loes

On February 13, 2014, Bret E. Loes, beloved husband of Andrea L. Loes (nee Bridgewater) passed away. He was a U.S. Army veteran, coached girls soccer, and was a teacher at Parkdale High School in Prince Georges County. Son of Thelma M. Loes and the late Gene N. Loes. Loving father of Julianna C. Loes. Brother of Daniel E. Benda and wife Michelle M., Steven F. Benda and wife Darla M., Jeanne M. Gehl, and Chad N. Loes. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Family will receive friends at Witzke Funeral Homes, Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Rd., Columbia, MD 21045 on Friday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held St. Augustine Church, 5976 Old Washington Rd., Elkridge, MD 21075 on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 10am. Reception immediately following at St. Louis Catholic Parish Hall, 12500 Clarksville Pike (State Route 108), Clarksville, MD 21029 at noon. Interment at a later date.
