Claudia started her career as a private secretary and later in her life worked for insurance companies in claims. She married Arthur John DeDonato in 1975 and honeymooned in Bermuda, to which she returned many times in her lifetime. Her passions in life were photography, traveling to see the natural wonders of our great nation, her many pet dogs including her current prized Shih Tzu boy, and most of all, her beloved garden. She spent most of the later years of her life designing, planting, tending, and simply watching her designs grow into mature flowers and trees. Crepe Myrtles were one of her favorites and Spring her favorite season. She enjoyed hosting garden parties to describe the many varieties she loved to grow.
Claudia is survived by her sisters, Caroline, and her husband Thomas (and their children) and Deborah (and her child). She is also survived by her Brother-In-Laws, Mark, and his wife Roberta (and their children), Michael and his wife, Carol, and Richard.
Her husband, Arthur, was her lifelong companion for 51 years. Their 50th Anniversary would have been in September, 2025. Once married, Claudia and Arthur where inseparable, doing everything together, for her entire adult life. Her sudden death was a great shock to Arthur but God took Claudia home to heaven for a reason.
She now rests in His hands forever.
