On July 3, 2013, Frederick William “Bill” Rapson passed away. He loved to golf, work in the yard, and be around people. Loving husband of Mary Fry Rapson. Father of Lee Rapson and wife Tina, and Scott Rapson. Brother of Ellen Ann Miller, and Bob Rapson. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Family will receive friends at Witzke Funeral Homes, Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Rd., Columbia, MD 21045 on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7pm, where memorial services will be held at 7pm.
