

Frank Edward Graham, Jr. passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026, in Columbia, Maryland, at the age of 88. Born on May 5, 1937, in Grafton, West Virginia, the oldest son of the late Frank E. Graham Sr. and Margaret E. Richman. Frank’s life was characterized by his kindness, intellect, creativity and gentle spirit.
Frank graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from West Virginia University in 1959. After graduation, Frank served his country in the US Army and later worked for the US Government as an Intelligence Analyst.
After being transferred to Fort Meade, MD, Frank and his wife Jane Teresa Graham (deceased 10/18/2002) moved to Columbia, Maryland with their four sons - Kevin, Brian, Eric and Greg in 1975.
A devoted father, Frank’s legacy is carried on by his four sons, Kevin Edward Graham, Brian Gregory Graham (deceased 4/25/19), Eric Douglas Graham and Gregory Sean Graham, and his Daughter-In-Law Lois Graham. His wisdom, creativity and guidance shaped their lives and the lives of his adoring grandchildren, Collin, Brendan, Austin, Rachael and Nicole. Each of them carries a piece of Frank's spirit. Frank is also survived by his younger brother Charles ‘Davie” Graham and his wife Peggy.
Frank's life was a testament to the power of love and kindness. His gentle presence and generous spirit were a comfort to those who knew him. He will be remembered as a pillar of strength, a reservoir of kindness, and a source of unwavering support.
