Geraldine “Jerry” Musser, age 100, passed away peacefully on Sunday March 8, 2026 at Harmony Hall Assisted Living in Columbia, MD. She was born July 27, 1925 in Huntington County, Pennsylvania to Willard and Gladys (Garbrick) Rocky. She married William “Bill” Musser on June 8,1945. They were together for 74 years before he predeceased her on July 5, 2019.
Jerry loved her family, friends, antiques and flowers. Half of her basement was converted to a workshop where she taught others how to arrange plants and flowers into pieces of art. When trying to teach one of her kids, I did hear her say, “Well, that looks nice but you have other great qualities.”
She is survived by her sons, Bill and Robert; her daughters-in-law, Pam and Lisa; her grandchildren, Doug, Scott, Brad and Miranda; as well as nine great grandchildren and two on the way. We miss her smile, laugh and wit already.
A celebration of Jerry’s life is not yet scheduled, but will occur later this year.
