I loved working with Julie at Westat. She always had a great sense of humor, no matter how hard things got. She was someone I always trusted.

Miss you , Julie!  I wasn't  a great brother  but you were the best sister anyone  could have! 

Not everyone is lucky enough to have a Julie in their lives. It’s something I will be forever grateful for. Love and miss you always, Aunt Julie. -Stacy 

I had the privilege of working with Julie ("Juls") at Westat for many years.  She always had my back and I tried to have hers as well.  She was a dear friend.  She loved her family and always talked about Bill and the other family members.  I will miss her.  I'll pray that your family receives comfort and peace in the days ahead. 

I worked with her during her Westat years when she managed our contracts at Howard University... only to find out later that our families are actually distantly linked through marriage! She will surely be great missed. 


I couldn't have a better friend to share our collies and our love of Downton Abbey. I will so miss Julie.  It was a joy and a privilege to share the past twelve years. 

We loved her more than words can describe.
