

Lisa Anne (Spangler) Zovko died comfortably on May 11, 2020 at home with her husband, Anthony, and sons, Kyle, Ryan, Travis, and Ethan by her side. Lisa was diagnosed with breast cancer July 2019 and died of complications of the disease.Lisa was born in Indiana June 30, 1964. She moved to Maryland in her teens and attended Walter Johnson High School class of 1982 as well as Catholic University. Lisa went on to get her Associate's Degree in nursing in 2009 from Howard Community College all while raising her sons, working full time, and being actively involved in her sons' schools and extra curricular activities. Lisa worked in nursing at some capacity until her death.
Lisa married Anthony Zovko May 18, 1996 and they have resided in Columbia, Maryland ever since.
Surviving are husband, Anthony, son Kyle Gausman and daughter-in-law Brandy as well as their two adorable children Emmalyn and Eli (her grandchildren brought so much joy to Lisa), and sons Ryan, Travis, and Ethan.
She is predeceased by mother Bernadette Rolling, father Douglas Spangler and sister Karen Spangler.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no funeral. There may be a celebration-of-Life at a later date when restrictions have been lifted.
