Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 2pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Billy was born on February 28, 1936 in Wilton, MO the son of the late William and Laura (Nichols) Perkins. On August 2, 1992, he was united in marriage to Sherry (Jones) Perkins, who survives of the home. Billy was a home builder, worked in street construction, and owned Billy’s General Store and Billy’s Joint Sealing, LLC. He was a member of McCredie United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing, playing pitch, visiting with his customers and friends, trips to Branson, and candy.
Other survivors include a son, Bruce Perkins (Cheryl); step-son, Alan Schaeffer; step-daughter, Sandra Wald; two grandchildren, Weston Perkins (Tera) and Meredith Craig (Jeremy); three great-grandchildren, Jacoby Craig, Waylon Perkins and Quin Marie Perkins and one sister, Erma Bennet.
