Donna Jean Rouse Luebbert, 75, of Ashland, MO passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2025, in Columbia, after a battle with dementia. Services will be held later, and she will be inurned in Memorial Park Cemetery Columbia, MO.
Donna was born October 9, 1950, in Ashland, MO to Benjamin and Naomi Rouse; she was one of eight children. She graduated from Hickman High School in 1968. After graduation, she worked in retail in Columbia before going to work for the University of Missouri Hospital. On Aril 6, 1985, she married Michael Luebbert in Ashland, and they spent the next 39 years together. She worked as a coder and in billing for the surgery for over 20 years before retiring. She enjoyed oil painting, making jewelry, and crafting.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Luebbert; a son, Shawn (Karen) Rouse of Columbia; sisters, Sharon Rouse of Columbia, Patty (Steve) Brink of Fulton, and Nancy Hoskins of Fulton; a brother, Ricky (Connie) Rouse of Ashland; grandsons, Taylor Rouse and Alex Rouse of Columbia; several nieces and nephews and a loving extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother-in-law, Jewell Hoskins; and three sisters, Joy Wood, Judy Polson, and Penny Wagers.
