Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will be Memorial Park Cemetery.
Gary was born on February 14, 1953 in Columbia, MO the son of Elijah and Roxie (Pollock) Grant. He retired from the City of Columbia.
He is survived by two children, David Grant (Tammy) and DeAna Grant; his mother, Roxie Grant; two brothers, Jerry Grant (Sharon) and Danny Grant (Kim) and two grandchildren, David Grant Jr and Grace Grant and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Darin Ray Grant, his father, Elijah Grant, one sister, Glenda Kay Haymart; one grandson, Timothy Grant.
