Visitation will be on Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery in Harrisburg, MO.
Jim was born October 8, 1936 in Columbia, MO to Clarence and Lilly (Burks) Lockwood. Jim received an Honorable Discharge from the army. He married Doris Goodrich on June 14, 1965. He worked for Scooly’s Printing in Kansas City. He later retired from Colony Paint to stay home to care for Doris. He loved fishing, hunting or just communing with nature.
He is survived by his sister, Linda McClain of Blue Springs. Jim was pre-deceased in death by his wife Doris, two brothers Robert and Jack, and a sister Meta.
