Visitation will be Monday, May 18th from 5-8 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home. Service will be on Tuesday, May 19 at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home.
Joey was born January 12, 1993, in Columbia to Rebecca Test and Joseph Williams. In addition to his parents, Joey is survived by his three siblings; Jackson Osborn; Jakob Osborn and Jaden Perkins, Grandparents Deanna Duemmel and her husband William "Bill” Duemmel, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Great Grandmother, Mary "Ninnie" Alene Niles.
Joey was a 2011 graduate of Hickman High School. He was currently attending MACC as a 4.0 student, majoring in Bio-Medical. He loved to spend time with his family and many friends. He enjoyed hiking, music, traveling, photography, writing and singing. As a former lifeguard at Oakland Pool and the Arc he loved the water and the sun.
Joey was a free spirit that loved everyone and was loved by everyone. He never met a stranger and was always open to giving advice or just listening. The world was truly blessed with a unique and intelligent soul and he will truly be missed by all.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to any charity benefiting foster children in Joey's name.
