Dale was born February 16, 1945, in Texas to parents, Norman and Elsie Afton (Brown) Holman. He graduated from Hickman High School and became a master technician at Perry Nissan. August 16, 1991, Dale and Cheryl Sue (Shettlesworth) were married. Dale enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at the shooting range.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents and his step-daughter, Catheryn Perkins.
He is survived by his wife, children: Michael (Tammy) Holman and Travis (Teresa) Perkins, grandchildren: Rachel, Amanda, Sarah, Amber, Devon and five great-grandchildren, sister: Mary Rini and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Dale will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery/Columbia, 1217 Business Loop 70 W, Columbia, Missouri 65202.
