Norm was born on September 4, 1946 in Marceline, Missouri. He was a loving and devoted Father and Grandfather, and he will be missed dearly. He is survived by his son Shawn (Katie) Houser, his three grandchildren: Damen, Sydney, and Mackenzie as well as his nephew KJ Houser.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. at Memorial Funeral Home, 1217 Business Loop 70 W, Columbia, Missouri 65202. A memorial visitation will be held for one hour prior to service.
