Peter Langosch Breece, 46, of Columbia, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 at Boone Hospital. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Faith Baptist Church, 3909 Brown Station Rd, Columbia, MO 65202, with a memorial service celebrating Peter’s life beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Peter was born on April 29, 1975 in Columbia, the son of Frederich Peter Breece and Sandra (Blumer) Breece. On December 18, 2010 he was united in marriage to Tamara (Hartle) Breece who survives.
Peter was a devoted husband and loving father. He was employed in the restaurant and retail business and spent the last 12 years working for Wal-Mart. He enjoyed bowling in a league, playing card games with his friends, and listening to music. He was an active member of Liberty Baptist Church for over 25 years. He loved God and his country but most importantly, he loved his family.
Peter is survived by his wife, Tammy; their son, Peter Arthur Breece; his siblings, Andrew Breece, Suni McConnell, and Emily Breece; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and grandparents, Bobby Lee and Betty Jean Blumer.
